If a hollow pipe is there, its thickness is 40mm & its ID(internal diameter)is 250mm. if the 350kg pressure will be applied to it, so how much ton cylinder will get ready. i want to know d formula for that

Tonnage available by a cylinder is pressure multiplied by the area of the piston.
Is the hollow pipe the cylinder barrel or a pipe getting oil to and from the cylinder?
